Returns & Exchanges
At Magnuson Superchargers, we stand by the quality of our performance products and offer a 30-day return policy for unused, uninstalled items in their original packaging. Please note that all returns are subject to a inspection process and may incur a restocking fee to ensure the integrity of our high-performance components.
Return Process
- 1.Request Authorization
Contact our customer support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number prior to shipping any items back to our facility.
- 2.Secure Packaging
Carefully pack your supercharger components in their original manufacturer packaging with all hardware and manuals included to prevent damage during transit.
- 3.Ship Your Item
Clearly mark your RMA number on the outside of the box and ship the package via a trackable carrier, as Magnuson is not responsible for items lost in transit.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once received, our technicians will inspect the components for any signs of installation or wear; approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
